Until now, the PAD was exclusively for polymer coagulants, but it has become possible to supply a wide range of powders such as quicklime and baking soda. The use of a screw feeder, control of supply quantity with load cells, and the adoption of a high-frequency pulse output flow meter have improved the accuracy of dissolution concentration. By using an ejector that promotes dissolution, the dissolution time can be shortened, allowing the dissolution tank to be smaller than conventional models, resulting in a more compact design that does not require a specific installation location. The ejector simultaneously sucks in surrounding air containing dust that rises during water supply, powder supply, and powder feeding, preventing the scattering of powders, keeping the surrounding environment clean, and being gentle on the workers. The adoption of a touch panel makes operation easy to understand, and management of operation is also straightforward.
