Notice of Update for Built-in Potentiometer in Control Motor
The manufacturer of the potentiometers that we have been using for position feedback in our control motors has gone out of business as of the end of December 2020.
As a result, the following models of potentiometers currently standardly equipped will be discontinued as of March 2021, and from April 2021 onwards, we will update the model from the conventional wire-wound potentiometers to conductive plastic (conductive resin resistance) potentiometers.
The conductive plastic potentiometers are expected to significantly improve product performance as position feedback potentiometers built into control motors, as they offer superior durability compared to conventional wire-wound potentiometers and also enhance output resolution.
We will continue to do our utmost to provide better products, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
