[3D Laser Measurement Case Study] Utilized for Factory Layout Planning
You can discover interferences and discrepancies between the actual object and the drawings that are often overlooked in 2D!
We would like to introduce a case where our "3D laser measurement" was utilized in factory layout planning. By reading existing buildings, piping, and equipment as point cloud data using a 3D scanner, we can create a rough plan within a 3D space on a computer. Additionally, since we can also import 3D CAD data, it is possible to arrange new equipment as well. Conducting the rough plan with point cloud data allows us to visualize the layout in 3D after placement, making it easier to share information. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Production Period: 1 week ■ Number of Shots: 15 ■ Shooting Days: 0.5 days *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
basic information
【Summary of Other Cases】 ■Implementation Effects - It has become possible to view the post-arrangement image in 3D, making information sharing easier. - It can identify interferences and discrepancies between the actual items and the drawings that are often overlooked in 2D. - By conducting this in the initial stages, it can reduce irregularities such as backtracking in the arrangement plan and discovering interferences during the construction phase. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
