This product is a semi-aqueous straight-type hoop cleaning machine that performs immersion ultrasonic cleaning, spray cleaning, spray rinsing, and hot air blow drying without bending the work (lead frame). No wastewater treatment equipment is required, and it does not discharge wastewater due to the reuse of rinse water. Additionally, it is not classified as a hazardous material under the Fire Service Act and uses a non-flammable cleaning agent.
