The superheated steam generation device "UPSS" achieves a high thermal efficiency of 95%, realizing energy and resource savings, and is capable of reducing operational costs. The "UPSS S series" generates superheated steam using existing boilers. Since it utilizes existing equipment, there are no additional costs. Additionally, the "UPSS D series" generates superheated steam at the required locations by heating the piping for steam ejection nozzles and supplying saturated steam.
