The superheated steam generation device "UPSS W Series" can generate superheated steam at temperatures up to 1200°C. (Note: Conventional superheated steam generators are limited to a maximum temperature of 500°C.) Furthermore, it achieves temperature control with an accuracy of ±1°C through an induction heating method using a transformer. Only electricity and water are used, requiring no special equipment and not limiting installation locations.
