The "Air-Cooled Hybrid Roll" is a groundbreaking roll that combines both heating and cooling functions, without using water or oil. It features excellent heating performance through induction heating and cooling performance via a blower, reducing cooling time during frequent temperature setting changes in small-batch production of various products and during regular roll surface cleaning, thereby increasing production line operating rates. It prevents roll temperature rise when the substrate inlet temperature, such as for films, is higher than the roll surface temperature, making it suitable for balanced operation.
