(Headquarters: Toronto, Canada / Presidents: Christian Knapp, Roxana Salehy, hereinafter referred to as AMS), a global leader in vehicle blinds, on May 22, 2025. With this agreement, Toso will centralize the sales channels for the wide range of vehicle blinds offered by AMS in Japan. Through this new partnership, Toso will collaborate with AMS, which has a wealth of experience and a broad product range in the global vehicle blind sector, as well as a strong track record of supplying major vehicle manufacturers, to further enhance its proposal capabilities in the Japanese market. Moving forward, both companies aim to expand their business into a wider range of mobility sectors, including construction machinery, agricultural machinery, and camper vans, while providing solutions that enhance the comfort and safety of vehicle spaces and working to create new markets.
