Back issue [September 2022 newsletter] Introduction of value-added performance fabrics!
We would like to introduce examples of products that use antiviral and other value-added performance fabrics and materials!
"Proof of Added Value Performance" The <SEK Mark> is granted only to textile products that meet the standards established by the 'Textile Evaluation Technology Council.' These products have cleared strict criteria, and their performance has been proven. Toso offers a wide range of fabrics that have obtained these SEK Marks. "Case Study 1" In places such as medical facilities, offices, and stores where a large number of people come into contact, roll screens with 'antiviral' performance are very popular. They reduce the number of specific viruses on the fabric, allowing for safe use. "Case Study 2" In addition to SEK Marks, we also offer performance fabrics that meet JIS standards. For areas like bathrooms and kitchens, 'antibacterial deodorization' and 'stain resistance' performance are recommended. These features address common issues related to odors and stains specific to water areas. "Case Study 3" For shower curtains used in water areas and care facilities, we have recently started handling fabrics with anti-mold treatment. The mold issue with shower curtains has been a challenge for some time, but these added value products are gradually penetrating the market.
