- The high shear action of the chopper significantly improves the dispersion speed of materials, allowing for short mixing times. - Since mixing of trace components is possible, pre-mixing (double dispersion mixing) is no longer necessary. - It has become possible to disperse and mix cohesive powders. - The chopper is removable, making cleaning easy. - Compared to conventional V-type mixers with dual-bearing stirring functions (intensifiers), the cantilever chopper eliminates the need for centering.
