We are a testing machine manufacturer that develops, designs, and manufactures testing machines for measuring and analyzing surface physical properties.
We are a testing machine manufacturer that develops, designs, and manufactures testing machines to measure and analyze surface properties. We respond to the need for quantification of surface properties in the medical device development field by developing evaluation methods and testing machines, as well as providing quantification data through contract testing.
basic information
Existing testing machines include a friction and wear testing machine that evaluates surface slip properties (friction coefficient), an ultra-thin film scratch tester that assesses the adhesion strength of surface coatings, and a tackiness tester that evaluates surface stickiness (tackiness). We offer support from commissioned testing using a rheo-tribotester that simultaneously measures viscoelasticity (rheology) and friction (tribology) in the friction behavior of soft materials, to consultations on testing methods and the development of new testing methods.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center is a public-interest corporation founded in July 1966 with the goal of contributing to regional economic growth. It does so by promoting the growth and stability of small and medium-sized enterprises based in Tokyo, introducing these enterprises to subcontractors, and offering job placement, training, and development services. In the medical device industry entry support project, we assist small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Tokyo to enter the medical device industry. Specifically, a dedicated medical-engineering collaboration coordinator will work alongside your company to provide matching support with medical device manufacturers (production and sales companies) and clinical institutions, thereby aiding in the development and commercialization of new medical devices.
