This device is a load apparatus that conducts external short-circuit tests as part of the safety evaluation of lithium-ion batteries and other secondary batteries. It consists of a resistance for short-circuiting, a resistance value switching relay, a short-circuit relay, and a control unit. Cooling is achieved through a forced air cooling method, drawing in air from the bottom and exhausting it from the top, combined with a built-in chamber for the testing environment. 【Features】 - Capable of selecting resistances from 10mΩ to 150mΩ (in 10Ω steps) for testing. - Equipped with a fine-tuning variable resistor that can adjust from 0.5mΩ to 15mΩ (in 0.5mΩ steps). - Various contact signals are provided, allowing for measurement during testing by connecting measuring instruments. - Capable of conducting tests according to standards such as UL1642 and JISC8712:2006, 4.3.2. - Customizable electrical specifications and dimensions according to customer requirements. - By arranging and combining resistors in different ways, products can be provided that are longer in the depth direction based on the actual dimensions. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
