We offer three types of maintenance contracts tailored to our customers' needs. While we believe that you are already conducting regular cleaning of sample installation jigs, seal replacements, and other self-inspections, entrusting these tasks to the manufacturer can significantly reduce your burden. We kindly ask you to consider the following maintenance contracts at this opportunity. 1) Maintenance Contract Programs - Alpha Care Simple: Annual inspection - Alpha Care Select: Biannual inspection (includes torque standard calibration) - Alpha Care Advantage: Quarterly inspection (includes torque standard calibration and film) 2) Inspection Contents - Measurement of power supply for each component, measurement of die temperature, pressure measurement (for devices with pressure gauges) - Confirmation of the deterioration status of parts such as motors and heaters, and operation checks of other moving parts 3) For customers with ISO9000 certification - Issuance of calibration certificates: Available for an additional fee * Our U.S. factory is accredited as a calibration provider based on ISO17025 by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation. We will issue calibration certificates with the A2LA symbol as required for customers with ISO9000 certification. Please contact us for more details.
