We will introduce a case where E540 can be used to check bearing misalignment and display the adjustment range!
Here is a case study of a blower (bearing alignment) using "Easy-Laser." Using the spacer of 600mm and a shaft diameter of Φ300 with the laser alignment system "E540," we can check for bearing misalignment and display the adjustment range. Measurements are taken every time during regular maintenance. Additionally, in the case of a seawater pump (alignment between the engine and gearbox), we use the "E710" system for alignment measurements.
