From castings to anodizing, comprehensive management.
We will manage everything from casting, processing, to surface treatment (anodizing) in a unified manner.
Our company owns a 100% subsidiary, Tomisho Armaito, located in Isesaki City, Gunma Prefecture, which conducts general anodizing and hard anodizing. By providing a comprehensive response to customer requests, from casting manufacturing to secondary processing and surface treatment, we aim to reduce the burden on our customers. In the past, our company was led to produce wooden molds based on the size of our equipment, resulting in expensive mold costs. Additionally, we were informed after the mold was produced that it could not accommodate tolerances, which forced design changes and caused inconvenience to our customers. For casting manufacturing, we will consult with our partner mold manufacturers to produce "the optimal mold size" and "casting manufacturers with the appropriate equipment" tailored to the products. Furthermore, Tomisho Armaito has two tanks measuring 3000×1500×800, allowing us to accommodate anodizing for large products.
