Our company owns Tomisho Anodizing in Isesaki City, Gunma Prefecture, where we perform general and hard anodizing. By responding comprehensively to customer requests from casting manufacturing to additional processing and surface treatment, we reduce the burden on our customers. In the past, we were led to produce wooden molds sized for our own equipment, resulting in expensive wooden mold costs. Additionally, after the wooden molds were produced, we were notified that they could not accommodate tolerances, which forced design changes and caused inconvenience to our customers. For casting manufacturing, we consult with our partner mold manufacturers, who are casting manufacturers possessing "optimal mold sizes tailored to the products" and "appropriate equipment," to ensure proper production.
