In the past, we were led to produce wooden molds sized to fit the equipment owned by a casting manufacturer, resulting in being charged high mold costs. Additionally, after the mold was produced, we were informed that it could not accommodate tolerances, forcing design changes and causing inconvenience to our customers. For casting manufacturing, we consult with our partner mold manufacturers to produce "the optimal mold size for the product" and "casting manufacturers with the optimal equipment."
