The "Easy Lock" is a lightweight, user-friendly, and highly reliable roll clamper that allows for easy spool and roll changes. It secures the rolls by applying high tension between a plain shaft with a hardness of HRC 55 or higher and the rolls or spools, while also aligning the core. By sandwiching the rolls between a fixed cone and a movable cone, automatic core alignment is achieved, making it suitable for high-speed rotation. The expansion of the range of resin components has realized weight reduction, and its compact design has made it easier for women to handle. It has a wide track record not only in wire manufacturing machines but also in material supply through paper winding, as well as in fiber and tape material feeding and winding machines.

The "U-Clip" is a sister product of the "Easy Lock" made by the German company Uhing. It was developed for applications that do not require the same tension as the Easy Lock. It is fixed to the shaft by tilting the clamp ring and released by standing it upright. To avoid scratching the shaft, it is recommended to use a high-hardness shaft. Additionally, the maximum operating temperature is 50°C.
