Heat-resistant 204℃ coupler and vacuum bag connector for autoclave and drying oven use.
Heat-resistant coupler VC200 (male and female set) with a special seal designed for temperatures exceeding 200°C. Usable in autoclaves, ovens, drying furnaces, etc.!!!
This high-performance quick-release vacuum coupling and vacuum bag connector are designed for quick and secure attachment of vacuum hoses. The VC200 consists of two parts: male and female. When connected, it creates a high airtight seal and allows air to pass through. When removed, the internal valve automatically closes, preventing air leakage from one side of the coupling. The VC200 is custom-made for composite materials such as CFRP. It is also compatible with high-temperature and high-pressure autoclaves. The seals are made of silicone and PTFE, allowing use at temperatures up to 204°C/400°F. Extrusion molding machines and injection molding machines.
basic information
The connection is very simple; just pull back the spring-loaded outer ring on the female side and push in the coupling. When you pull the outer ring on the female side and push in the coupling, the ring returns to its original position, locking the coupling. Return the ring to its designated position to lock the coupling. To separate the coupling, pull the ring, and the coupling will be separated by the spring. Both the male and female sides of the quick-release vacuum coupling VC200 have female threads and can be used directly with vacuum valves and hose fittings. It is compatible with chambers. Always seal the joints between vacuum fittings with PTFE tape. Body material: zinc-plated carbon steel. Thread size: 1/4" BSP female. Seals: silicone (primary), PTFE (secondary). Maximum operating temperature: 204°C / 400°F. Overall length: male side 40mm, female side 51mm. Overall length (when connected): 71mm. Weight: male side 35g, female side 110g.
