The processing machines come in six types, ranging from the neo with a movement range of 520*420mm (machine size: W805*D1,290*H1,880mm) to the ML cube with a movement range of 1,520*1,150mm (machine size: W2,410*D2,280*H1,950mm). They are designed based on ergonomic principles to enable quick and safe work setup. Additionally, DATRON's unique interface (touch panel) allows for high-speed and high-precision processing to be operated with a smartphone-like touch. They can efficiently process materials such as housing, aluminum, and composite materials like CFRP. Due to their space-saving and energy-efficient design, these machines are very economical.

All machines from DATRON utilize high-speed milling technology, with a maximum spindle rotation speed of 60,000 rpm. Their unique machine control systems, along with a steel structure designed to enhance rigidity and a concrete polymer construction, optimally dampen vibrations, allowing for fast feed rates that achieve excellent surface finishes and reduce production time. DATRON machines achieve cutting speeds that are 5 to 10 times higher compared to competitors. The high-speed, high-precision spindle (up to 60,000 rpm / power 0.6 to 8.5 kW) demonstrates exceptional cutting performance even with very small diameter tools. The spindle shapes are HSK-E25/HSK-E32.
