Generate a fluid that vibrates left and right without using moving parts, thanks to a special structure inside the nozzle! This allows for reduced vibration and noise. Since there are no moving parts, maintenance is unnecessary, leading to a longer lifespan, and there is no need for electrical control or wiring connections. It can handle pressures up to 200 bar and is widely adopted in the car wash and high-pressure cleaning industries. It is also effective as a water nozzle or air nozzle for removing chips inside processing machines. With just one nozzle, you can use various fluids such as water, air, and coolant, making it very economical. Experience the effectiveness of chip removal using coolant (cutting fluid) by replacing existing spray nozzles (fan-shaped). It comes with screw connection sizes of R1/4” or 1/8”, and coupler specifications are also available. Custom products can be accommodated.
