This is an image inspection device that accommodates various shapes from raw materials to finished products. It inspects for deviations in the direction of carbon fibers, gaps, twists, defects, foreign matter contamination, wrinkles, etc., and provides feedback, enabling inspections that do not rely on the human eye. We have three main types of products available: F-SCAN Standard: Suitable for inspecting low-curvature fiber surfaces. F-SCAN Compact: Suitable for inspecting high-curvature fiber surfaces due to its compact design. F-SCAN Wide: Suitable for inspecting raw materials and flat materials.

F-SCAN Standard / F-SCAN Compact / F-SCAN Wide All have a resolution of 40-60μm. The inspection range is as follows: Standard is 50x50mm / Compact is 25x25mm / Wide can accommodate up to 2.5m in length.
