We perform grinding, cutting, and polishing of various ceramics, quartz glass, and difficult-to-machine materials such as tungsten and molybdenum. With the motto "If it can be processed in iron, there is nothing that cannot be processed in other materials," we have accumulated technology over the years. We primarily use machining centers, owning over 70 three-axis machines and more than 15 five-axis machines, as well as ultra-high precision machines with linear specifications. Additionally, we have a comprehensive range of measuring equipment, including three-dimensional measuring machines, image measuring instruments, and laser microscopes. We have established a quality assurance system, and we can perform cleaning and drying in a clean room, as well as vacuum packaging. Even if there is little experience with ceramics or high melting point metals, we consider factors such as heat resistance, low expansion, high hardness, wear resistance, and electrical insulation to select and propose materials that meet your requirements.
