After that, explosive gas from the main chamber is introduced into the sub-chamber, ignited, and it is confirmed that it was indeed explosive gas. After the process is completed, all gases are automatically processed and released into the atmosphere. The equipment necessary for these operations is realized as a single unit and is programmed for automatic operation.
