We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the production management system "SpeedyNeo" and the "Visualization System" at the headquarters factory of Yanagiuma Seiko Co., Ltd., which operates in the surface treatment industry. The company had been managing production operations using paper-based methods and Excel, which were established over twenty years ago.
