To widen the space, a certain gap is needed to accommodate tools such as arrows or wedge-shaped tools. Even if there is a gap, the tool cannot be used if it hits the partition plate. Additionally, to maintain the widened state, there must be columns or beams around the flange to hook a chain block or similar device. The SG series we are introducing can easily and safely widen and maintain the flange, regardless of these conditions. First, the tool is fixed using the bolt holes of the flange, allowing it to be used even when the gap between the surfaces is zero. Since it does not use a wedge-driven method, it is not affected by the size of the partition plate. It is also compatible with partition plates that have bolt holes. The compatible flange can be from a bolt hole diameter of M16 and covers a total of seven types up to a maximum of M100. We would like to reintroduce the "SG Series Flange Spreader."
