What is beveling...? Beveling is a process that involves machining the edges of steel pipes to an appropriate shape in order to ensure the strength and quality of the welded joints (butt welding and penetration welding). The "groove" created between the two components to be joined is called a bevel, and the machining shapes include V-shaped, I-shaped, and U-shaped, which are determined based on the base material and conditions.
