"HN" is a nut equipped with a hydraulic mechanism similar to a bolt tensioner. By replacing conventional nuts and simply connecting the hose, it enables simultaneous tightening and loosening of a large number of bolts at once, significantly reducing time. Its compact size allows it to be used in places where the use of a bolt tensioner was previously abandoned due to space constraints. 【Mechanism of Hydraulic Nut Operation】 ■ Pulling Up the Bolt - By sending high-pressure hydraulic fluid from a hydraulic pump, the internal piston lifts along with the bolt and lock nut. - Using the same tension method as a bolt tensioner, it is unaffected by twisting or friction. ■ Keeping it in Place with a Lock Nut - A gap forms between the lock nut, which is lifted with the piston, and the cylinder. - By turning the lock nut to seat it on the cylinder, the axial force is maintained, allowing the hose to be removed and the pressure to be released. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
