● The false positive reactions caused by PCR amplification of contaminated DNA, which can occur even with strict protection and attention, are always a concern. It has been reported that the amplification reaction of DNA due to this contamination can be effectively prevented by UV irradiation. Therefore, the DNA workbench NSV-4 is designed to efficiently irradiate ultraviolet light (254nm) to prevent this contamination. ● Work Space W650 x D460 x H610mm ● UV Lamp 15W x 4 units ● UV Timer 1 to 60 minutes (default setting: 30 minutes)
