At this manufacturer of precision electronic component connectors, hot melt adhesive is used as a molding material to create connector parts for audio optical cables using molds. Until now, there have been issues with the molded hot melt adhesive sticking to the mold, leading to problems with demolding. As a result, they consulted with us and adopted "Toshical S TS-1310." After coating, significant improvements were observed in adhesion issues, greatly contributing to increased productivity, quality enhancement, and yield improvement.
