The sanitary tank valves include diaphragm-type tank valves, diaphragm-type single-seal tank valves, and double-seal tank valves. The DM type diaphragm tank valve has the sealing surface on the inner side of the tank, which reduces dead spots during stirring. The DM/DA type diaphragm tank valve uses an integrated PFA diaphragm that includes the sealing surface, making it excellent for cleanability and ideal for C/SIP. 【Features】 ○ DM Type Diaphragm Tank Valve → The sealing surface is on the inner side of the tank, reducing stagnant areas during stirring. ○ DA Type Diaphragm Tank Valve → Available in two shapes: body packing type and flange packing type, allowing installation according to the tank shape. ○ Diaphragm Single Seal Tank Valve MM/MH Type → Seals the shaft with a PTFE diaphragm, preventing contamination of the interior during valve operation. → Disk sheet A can be selected from rubber (EPDM, FKM, HNBR) and fluororesin lining, making it compatible with liquid types including granular substances. ○ Double Seal Tank Valve KU/KN Type → Equipped with a cleaning mechanism through double sealing, allowing line CIP while product liquid remains in the tank. ○ Double Seal Tank Valve KN Type → A valve that minimizes the discharge amount of the internal liquid, resulting in almost no discharge liquid during operation. → Improved cleanability of the intermediate chamber and reduced contamination around the valve. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
