Rubber stopper cleaning sterilization dryer
Equipped with a complete set of supply systems, including a sterile connection port and a rubber stopper insertion lifter.
The finished drying degree is 0.3 to 0.5 W%, and it is possible to achieve below 0.1%. Sterilization and drying validation are easy, and silicone treatment is available as an option.

<Features> ● Isolation System - Supplies rubber stoppers to the isolator in a sterile state. - Two docking methods are available: vertical and 45°, depending on handling and installation space. - Standard equipped with two types of handling for the sterile connection port: glove operation type on the isolator side and no glove operation required. - An optional rubber stopper processing tank (process tank) can be attached and detached, compatible with the system connecting to the isolator. ● Jet Cleaning System - Introduces rubber stoppers into the piping and generates a spiral vortex with a jet water flow from the cleaning nozzle for powerful cleaning. - Foreign matter removal rate of over 95% in the recesses of the rubber stoppers (internal test). - Foreign matter recovery mechanism prevents reattachment of removed foreign matter. - Validation of cleaning, including challenge tests, is easy. - No unnecessary use of cleaning water due to circulation cleaning.
