DH Type Diaphragm Valve ⚫ The inner surface of the body is composed of a fully machined geometric shape, resulting in a structure without any liquid accumulation. ⚫ By adopting a forged body, excellent sanitary properties without porosity can be achieved. → Furthermore, connecting two bodies reduces dead space at the branching section, allowing for a piping configuration suitable for cleaning and sterilization. ⚫ The assembly of the diaphragm seat employs a metal touch method, ensuring a secure assembly. ⚫ Changing the material of the diaphragm seat improves bend resistance (compliant with food sanitation law, pharmaceutical law, and FDA using special fluororesin). ⚫ Regarding pressure resistance, by stabilizing the seal surface shape through machining and electropolishing finishing, the adhesion of the seat to the body seal surface is improved, ensuring high sealing performance. ⚫ The cylinder part is compacted into both a lightweight type made of ADC (aluminum die-cast) and a type made of SUS304, which has excellent corrosion resistance. ⚫ The stem part is located outside the fluid contact area, enabling aseptic compatibility.
