● Despite its small size with a diameter of 15mm, it is a gear-type co-rotating twin-screw extruder, allowing for powerful mixing. ● By rearranging the screw segments, mixing with varying intensities can be achieved in any zone, and degassing is also possible. ● Based on the information obtained from the mixer, a small amount of compound can be sampled. (Internal cylinder volume: approximately 31cm3, discharge amount: approximately 1.8kg/h) ● It can detect data on pressure, resin temperature, and torque, providing information on mixing processing conditions. (Pressure sensor is optional) ● It allows for precise feeding with a small quantitative feeder.
