Founded as a press manufacturer in 1955, we began processing parts in response to customer needs from 1989. Currently, we own three large five-axis machining centers (maximum size 4,000×2,000) and specialize in large and precision machining of items such as 'canned products, mold parts, and bolsters.' Through our machining experience, we have also acquired specialized processing techniques, which have been well received by our customers. ■ Large-scale Canning Processing We excel in processing medium to large products, such as canned items, which are prone to distortion. By having a technician who understands the drawings and content handle the entire process consistently (from CAD to CAM to machining), and by minimizing setup while maintaining the machining posture on our large five-axis machining centers, we achieve precision in the hundredths of a millimeter. ■ Precision Special Processing of Existing Shapes We can handle special processing that requires adjustments for machining allowances and avoidance of tool interference, which other companies tend to shy away from, such as canned products and die sets. We have over 1,000 delivery records for the processing of T-slots, which are essential for press machines. ■ Flexible Response in Emergencies We have a welding technician on-site, allowing us to recover in-house when issues arise that require welding.
