We can produce a wide variety of medium-volume products at low cost, ranging from 0.5mm thin plates to 8mm thick plates. Our clients include major manufacturers in the automotive industry. We have gained trust and a solid track record at three locations in the Mikawa region: the headquarters factory, the Nukata factory, and the Takaoka factory, as well as at the Ichinoseki factory in the Tohoku region. ■ Low-Cost Production With a line pusher consisting of five 200-ton presses, we can achieve processing equivalent to a maximum 1000-ton press. By changing setups in 10 minutes, we can also accommodate medium-volume production of various types. ■ Processing of 0.6mm Thin Materials We can produce high-quality parts from 0.6mm thin materials using a 400-ton progressive press. We are also capable of processing coils with a maximum width of 1,300mm. ■ Processing of High-Strength Materials We can process high-strength materials with a tensile strength of 590MPa. We perform press processing on both coil and cut sheet materials, achieving integrated production from welding to electrodeposition painting (in collaboration with partner companies) to assembly.
