From 3D data provided by clients, we efficiently carry out detailed design of parts and jig design on data, achieving ultra-short delivery times through appropriate processing conditions that combine 5-axis machining centers, wire cutting, and electrical discharge machining. ■ Capable of machining micro shapes with a diameter of 0.1 mm and a corner radius of 0.05 mm We efficiently process using an appropriate combination of cutting, wire cutting, and electrical discharge machining. Cutting is performed with a high-speed machining center that allows for tool diameters of 0.1 mm and corner radii of 0.05 mm. ■ Production of prototype 3D models We create 3D shapes for pressing, casting, and die casting from 3D data, 2D drawings (data), or physical samples. When it is not necessary to create a mold, or when you want to evaluate multiple patterns of shapes in a short period, we produce 3D models with a short lead time. ■ Jig design and manufacturing from 3D data We consistently manufacture inspection jigs and assembly jigs by designing them from the product's 3D data, converting to CAM, and processing. By converting from 3D data to three dimensions, we eliminate errors, and by generating processing programs from CAM based on 3D data, we achieve accurate three-dimensional shapes.
