Wax-type temperature control valve
Lightweight, compact, easy to maintain! High environmental performance self-regulating temperature valve.
The "wax-type temperature control valve" is a temperature control valve that operates autonomously using a filling material that expands when heated, known as the "wax element." It allows for stable operation without being affected by disturbances. There are six flow directions, and it can be used in both diverging and mixing types. Additionally, it can be directly mounted to piping without the need for brackets or other supports. Please feel free to contact us when you need assistance. 【Features】 ■ Sensitive and reliable operation due to high-performance wax element ■ Stable operation unaffected by disturbances ■ Direct mounting to piping without the need for brackets ■ No compressed air or electricity required, reducing installation costs ■ Lightweight, compact, and easy to maintain ■ Available in various valve sizes from 20A to 350A *For other functions and details, please contact us.
basic information
**Structure and Operating Procedure** 1. When the temperature of the fluid passing through the temperature control valve reaches the melting temperature of the wax element, the wax element begins to operate. 2. The expansion of the wax causes the valve to operate, adjusting the opening angle of the two ports according to the current temperature. 3. The size of the opening changes the flow rate between the two ports. 4. Conversely, when the temperature decreases, the wax contracts, and the valve returns due to the counterforce of the spring assembled with the wax element. *For other functions and details, please contact us.*
