In the heating furnace using QUT heaters, the process is completed in one go! Significant time reduction and increased production volume are achieved.
We would like to introduce a case study of "heating of threads." A simple test device using QUT heaters was used to conduct effectiveness verification tests of far-infrared heaters at the customer's factory. Compared to the existing equipment's heaters, our QUT heaters were adopted due to the expected time savings while maintaining equivalent quality.
