[Delivery Example] Preheating of Aluminum Wheels
Contributes to reducing running costs! It is also possible to lower the temperature inside the booth to about 200 to 230℃.
We would like to introduce a case study on "preheating of aluminum wheels." Aluminum wheels are components of wheels and are mostly manufactured using aluminum alloys. Surface painting is often done with powder coating, and large hot air booths are typically set to around 250 to 280°C for drying the paint. By performing preheating with our far-infrared heaters before the painting process, we can not only prevent peeling of the paint surface but also reduce the temperature inside the booth to around 200 to 230°C, contributing to lower running costs. Additionally, we also offer heaters with sensors to control the temperature of the heaters. 【Case Summary】 ■ Prevents peeling of the paint surface by performing preheating with far-infrared heaters before the painting process. ■ It is also possible to reduce the temperature inside the booth to around 200 to 230°C. ■ Contributes to lower running costs. ■ Heaters with sensors are also available to control the temperature. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
