Utilizing this technology, we have developed the chlorine dioxide gas decontamination device 'Weraser ZERO'. This decontamination device uses highly effective chlorine dioxide gas and features excellent gas concentration measurement and control functions. With the high-precision measuring instrument installed, it is capable of automatic range measurement from low concentration 0.05 to high concentration 1200 ppm (calibration value 1000 ppm using detection tubes, according to our standards). **Mechanism of Chlorine Dioxide Gas Generation Device** <Flow of Chemical Solutions> ■ Sodium hypochlorite solution and hydrochloric acid are drawn up by a chemical solution pump and sent to a PVC pipe. ■ The two agents mixed in the PVC pipe produce chlorine dioxide water through a chemical reaction and fall into the vaporization tower. ■ The reaction liquid that naturally falls from the vaporization tower into the aeration tank promotes gasification in the aeration tank. After work is completed, the aeration tank is washed with water and drained. ■ The waste liquid is decomposed with a decomposing agent to break down the chlorine dioxide water, and then neutralized with a dedicated neutralizing agent before being disposed of. <Flow of Air (Gas)> ■ Fresh air, drawn in through a simple filter by an air pump, passes through the PVC pipe to promote the gasification of chlorine dioxide water in the aeration tank through aeration, and the released gas merges with the airflow from the turbo fan in the vaporization tower. ■ The turbo fan circulates the chlorine dioxide gas in the target space. *We can also respond to the prototyping and development of chlorine dioxide gas generation devices (with concentration adjustment functions). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
