The Trytower 3D is a dedicated mobile work platform designed to safely monitor the cutting conditions from a high position even during the operation of a gantry machining center. In addition to vertical movement, it allows lateral movement of the platform through a sliding and telescoping mechanism, enabling safe monitoring of the cutting area directly from above, even during the machining of large products. Equipped with smooth movement through inverter control, a rack and pinion gear-type lifting mechanism, and various safety devices including a governor brake (a fall prevention mechanism for the platform), it enhances the safety of monitoring work while also promising improved work efficiency.
