The "C-CAT/SEL" is a manual VDF coolant filtration device manufactured by Nikuni, which we handle. The "C-CAT-P" maintains excellent solid-liquid separation performance, removing over 90% of 10μm sludge in water-soluble cutting oils and over 80% of 20μm sludge in oil-based fluids, thereby preserving the cleanliness of the coolant and improving machining accuracy. 【Operating Procedure】 1. Before operating the C-CAT, please clean the dirty tank and remove any deposits. 2. After running for a certain period, manually operate the valve at the bottom of the sludge pot to drop the sludge into the sludge tank. 3. Once the sludge tank is full after several pulp operations, please return the supernatant liquid from the sludge tank to the dirty tank or dispose of it. (The optional manual suction unit allows for easy transfer of the supernatant liquid to the supply pump for filtration and reuse.) 4.
