Dry Airflow Micronizer Cyclone Mill

The cyclone mill has low running costs for both S-type and W-type, and is easy to operate and maintain.

We would like to introduce our dry ultrafine grinding machine, the "Cyclone Mill." The "S type" features two impellers installed facing each other, rotating at high speed in the same direction. This continuous type grinds particles by causing them to collide and grind against each other in the high-speed airflow. The "W type" has two impellers installed in alignment, which are rotated in opposite directions by their respective motors. This configuration generates greater collision force compared to the S type, allowing for even finer grinding. 【S Type Features】 ■ Two impellers installed facing each other, rotating at high speed in the same direction ■ Grinding by causing particles to collide and grind against each other in high-speed airflow ■ Generates less heat during grinding, significantly reducing contamination ■ Equipped with a classification mechanism, achieving a sharper particle size distribution compared to conventional grinders *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
