Dynamic cross-flow filtration system capable of high concentration, filtration, and cleaning operations of submicron to nanoparticle sizes, as well as wet classification of single micron particles.
The "BoCross(R) Filter," a cross-flow filtration machine characterized by its unique mechanism that includes stirring blades near the filtration surface, suppresses cake formation on the filtration surface. By using MF and UF membranes as the filtration media, it enables high-speed filtration of submicron to nano-sized particles. The stirring blades forcibly create a cross-flow, allowing for high flux even in high-concentration slurries resembling a paste.

<Principle> This is a dynamic cross-flow filtration machine capable of high concentration, filtration, and cleaning operations for nanoparticles. It features two types of filters: membrane filtration (BoCross Dynamic) and metal mesh (BoCross MicroScreen), which can be selected according to the purpose. By generating cross-flow (shear stress) of the slurry through an internal stirring mechanism, it maintains a high filtration rate and achieves higher concentration than conventional cross-flow filtration machines.
