DP-type crystal analysis device
We provide solutions related to crystallization operations based on our extensive track record with independently developed DP-type crystallizers and crystal Oslo-type crystallizers.
**Principle** This is a crystallization device that employs a unique DP (Double Propeller) blade with counter-rotating inner and outer blades installed inside and outside the draft tube. This integrated blade (double propeller) simultaneously creates an upward flow (inside) and a downward flow (outside) in the draft tube, achieving an ideal mixing state in industrial crystallization characterized by "large circulation volume at low rotational speed." **Features** Large Circulation Volume A good mixing state is formed within the device, allowing for a uniform operating supersaturation, which results in the production of high-quality crystals. Additionally, since local supersaturation is less likely to occur, it is possible to suppress the generation of microcrystals and scaling. Sharp Particle Size Distribution Due to the low rotational speed, there is a high suppression effect on nucleation. Furthermore, by adjusting the rotational speed of the double propeller, the circulation volume within the tank can be changed arbitrarily, allowing for adjustment to the desired operating supersaturation. This enables the production of crystals with a sharp particle size distribution, ranging from large to small diameters. High Reliability in Scale-Up Since the operating supersaturation is used as the scale-up factor, reliable and easy scale-up is ensured.
