**[Principle]** The slurry is supplied onto a continuously moving filter cloth, and continuous vacuum filtration is performed by suction from a vacuum tray that reciprocates along the direction of the filter cloth. A cake washing liquid is supplied onto the uniformly formed cake layer on the filter cloth, uniformly replacing the mother liquor within the cake with the cake washing liquid. The solid product after filtration, washing, and dewatering is continuously discharged outside the device by a cake peeling mechanism. The filter cloth is constantly cleaned by a filter cloth cleaning device to prevent clogging. **[Features]** Excellent cake washing capability Since a uniform cake layer is formed, there are no washing inconsistencies. The washing time and length can be optimally set, allowing for thorough cake washing operations. Significant reduction in wastewater treatment costs Efficient replacement washing allows for a reduction in the amount of washing water used. Additionally, further reduction in cake washing water volume is possible through counterflow multi-stage washing operations. Complete recovery of products The cake peeling mechanism ensures a high product recovery rate. By recycling the filter cloth cleaning liquid as the cake washing liquid, complete recovery of solid products is achievable. Possibility of a fully sealed design A fully sealed design is also applicable for processing solvent-based slurries and similar materials.
