A continuous vacuum filtration washing and dewatering machine using endless filter cloth maintains a consistently stable performance by washing the filter cloth from both sides to prevent clogging.
**Features** 1. The filter cloth is always clean The filter cloth is continuously cleaned from both sides by a spray nozzle after cake removal, ensuring that filtration continues without clogging. By installing an acid trough, it can also accommodate chemical cleaning without removing the filter cloth. 2. Cake removal is reliable The cake formed on the filter cloth is detached by rapid inversion using a small-diameter discharge roll. The roll is wrapped with stainless steel wire in a spiral, which forces the cake to be scraped off from the back of the filter cloth. This method allows for complete removal even at a thickness of 2mm, which is impossible with other types of filtration machines. 3. Easy filter cloth replacement The endless connection of the filter cloth uses zippers, racing, high-frequency welding, etc., allowing one person to complete the replacement in about 30 minutes. 4. Revolutionary filter cloth deviation correction device The filter cloth deviation correction device has three methods: twin roll, guide roller, and split roll, adopting the method suitable for the processed material. All methods automatically correct deviations reliably, enabling unmanned operation. 5. No grease gun required An automatic centralized lubrication system provides forced lubrication to all rotating and sliding parts. Therefore, manual lubrication is unnecessary, significantly reducing maintenance efforts.
