**Principle** This is a direct heating air flow dryer. By supplying heated hot air to the dryer along with the raw materials, the materials are dried while being transported in the air. The interior of the machine consists of three circular layers, and the raw materials are transported in a spiral from the outer circumference towards the center, before being discharged through the piping in the center. **Features** Easy Maintenance With a simple structure that has no drive components, maintenance such as cleaning can be easily performed through the openable front cover. Compact Due to the swirling flow, particles are mixed vigorously, resulting in high drying performance. Compared to conventional air flow dryers, it requires less installation space, making it possible to install within buildings. Uniform Quality For raw materials that have clumped together due to agglomeration, the damper can be operated to circulate them using the centrifugal force from the swirling flow, extending the residence time within the device. This helps prevent undried areas and variations in drying caused by particle agglomeration, allowing for uniform dried products. Direct Connection to Centrifuge It can be directly connected to an Escher-Wyss type extruder centrifuge to supply dewatered cakes directly. By omitting conveying equipment and utilizing the discharge speed from the separator, an improvement in drying performance can be expected.
