■ノンスケーラーのしくみ 前処理部(パイプテクター)では、「ノンスケーラー」内にある金属プレートにカルシウムスケールが付着するのを防止します。 ノンスケーラーでは、内部の2種の金属プレート(AとB)により、水中のカルシウムイオン(Ｃａ2+)を強制的に酸化させ、炭酸カルシウム(ＣａＣＯ3)の超微粒子(ナノ粒子)へと変化させ、水中に分散して流します。
